FML Project Services Ltd was created in 2013 to provide clients with solutions that benefit their workplace, people and communities. We do this by fully understanding our client’s vision, expectations, budget and tailor the solution with close collaboration with our clients. Based in the Midlands, we are in an excellent position to serve the whole of the UK and beyond.

Notes: Surveyed and Reported within 30 days to meet client demands and funding source
Client: HMCTS / Honeywell Building Solutions
Project: Life Cycle – MEP services – 380 Court Buildings
Notes: Enabled Honeywell to report on end of life services and create Forward Maintenance Registers for the client

Project: MEP Dilapidation on behalf of Tenant
Notes: Project involved comprehensive coordination with on-site teams to remove services and complete full strip out

Recently FML Project Services Ltd have been appointed through the National Procurement Services (NPS) – Dynamic Purchasing System to provide Multi Discipline Consultancy to the Public Services In North and Mid Wales. This appointment is through the HJA group of companies, working in collaboration to deliver on the above framework. HJA Group is made up of the following companies:
